Job Summary
Leading portfolio governance and program management in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of HR Technology Portfolio & Program Management will oversee integrated planning, resource management, and cross-functional coordination for Hilton's global HR Technology initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead integrated portfolio planning, maintaining visibility into initiatives, milestones, and risks
- Manage portfolio intake and prioritization processes, providing data and insights for decision-making
- Establish consistent portfolio governance and delivery standards, proactively identifying and resolving risks and dependencies
Required qualifications
- Seven years of progressive experience in technology program management or related discipline
- Five years of experience leading complex enterprise technology programs or portfolios
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
- Experience establishing portfolio governance and program management practices
- Analytical and critical thinking capabilities with experience in evaluating complex information
