Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time Director of HR Transformation will guide organizational change, workforce transformation, and AI adoption while partnering with senior executives to create impactful employee experiences in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Shape organizational evolution by translating strategy into workforce behavior and capability shifts
- Orchestrate complex transformations with a focus on measurable business outcomes and cohesive change efforts

Required qualifications

- Recognized change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
