Job Summary

Leading research initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Human Capital Management will set the research agenda for HCM markets, develop evidence-based insights, and provide thought leadership on employee experience and talent management while collaborating across teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the research agenda for HCM markets and technology providers
• Develop primary research and market perspectives that deliver clear, evidence-based guidance
• Guide enterprise buyers in understanding markets and selecting suitable vendors and products

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience as an industry analyst or HCM technology practitioner
• Deep knowledge of HCM processes and technology markets
• Demonstrated ability to form and communicate an independent point of view
• Experience advising executives on HCM technology strategy and vendor evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, computer science, or a related discipline; advanced education is welcome
