Director of Human Resources

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the part-time Director of Human Resources will lead employee programs, provide payroll management guidance, and collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic goals and priorities as a member of the senior leadership team
• Lead the development and management of employee programs in collaboration with the Department of Organizational Impact
• Guide employees and leadership in interpreting HR policies and managing personnel budgeting

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant human resources experience, including leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field
• Experience developing and implementing inclusive employee programs
• Demonstrated experience in organizational change management
• Experience supervising and coaching employees, with a focus on developing high-performing staff
