Director of Human Resources

Job Summary

As a strategic advisor to senior leadership, the full-time Director of Human Resources will align people strategies with business objectives, focusing on organizational transformation, talent management, and employee engagement in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into aligned people strategies and provide thought leadership on organizational design and workforce planning
• Develop a deep understanding of the organization to translate strategy into value-added people priorities and drive organizational re-design
• Lead change management initiatives and collaborate with global HR teams to leverage best practices and improve processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related discipline is required
• Progressive HR partnership experience with a focus on influencing and coaching senior leaders
• Strong business acumen with experience in organizational transformation and change management
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Experience within a global organization, particularly in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, is preferred
