Job Summary
To support the growth of the PTL leadership team, the remote Director of Human Resources will provide HRBP leadership, coaching, and support while managing a global team to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with PTL leaders to align HR programs with strategic business objectives and drive impactful change
- Develop and execute HR plans related to organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement
- Lead the Talent Review Excellence process and foster positive employee relations across multiple facilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a global environment
- Experience leading HR Business Partners and driving culture change
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management and employee relations
- Proven ability to build trust with business partners and demonstrate integrity in HR practices
