Director of Human Resources Operations

Job Summary

Leading a highly functioning human resources team, the full-time Director of Human Resources Operations will ensure compliance with HR policies, implement training programs, and develop internal communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws through regular audits and updates
• Support and implement training programs on legal compliance, including anti-discrimination laws and workplace safety
• Partner with recruiting stakeholders to implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Required qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related major with 2 years of experience in human resources management operations, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in hospitality or contact center industries is preferred
• Ability to develop and distribute engaging internal communications regarding HR policies and organizational changes
• Experience leading associate engagement practices aimed at increasing employee satisfaction
• Knowledge of performance management practices and diversity and inclusion initiatives
