Job Summary
Supporting the Director of Human Resources, the full-time remote Director of Human Resources Operations will manage HR compliance audits, implement training programs on legal compliance, and develop internal communications to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local laws through regular audits and updates
- Support and implement training programs focused on legal compliance, including anti-discrimination and workplace safety
- Partner with recruiting stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies for attracting top talent
Required qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related major, along with 2 years of experience in HR management operations
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related major
- Experience in hospitality or contact center industries is preferred
