Director of Identity Governance

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and modernization of Marriott's enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) ecosystem, the full-time Senior Director of Identity Governance will oversee operations, governance, and delivery of identity services while managing teams and aligning business priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and operating model for enterprise IGA services, ensuring alignment with business growth and compliance objectives
• Direct the modernization strategy for identity governance services, including role-based access control and lifecycle management
• Build strategic partnerships across various departments to ensure identity services meet enterprise needs and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and complex technology delivery
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ and Saviynt
• Experience in audit, compliance, and risk management activities
• Proven ability to lead global delivery teams and manage vendor relationships
