Director of Identity Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operations of enterprise identity security, the remote Director of Identity Management will develop and execute IAM programs centered on Zero Trust and privileged access management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap across various identity types
• Own the architecture and security of Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle controls
• Establish scalable Identity Governance and Administration capabilities for access management and compliance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or infrastructure security with significant leadership responsibility
• Demonstrated experience in building or transforming enterprise IAM programs
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, and identity lifecycle management
• Experience securing hybrid environments, including cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Identity
