Director of Implementation

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of customer implementation experiences, the full-time remote Director of Implementation will manage a high-performing team, optimize processes, and ensure seamless transitions for new customers to drive product adoption and long-term success.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategic plan for the implementation organization, ensuring efficient and high-quality experiences for all customer segments
• Build and inspire a cross-functional implementation team, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and development to meet performance goals
• Oversee the entire implementation journey, leveraging analytics and automation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in technical solutions or professional services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong technical acumen in software implementation methodologies and relevant tools
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
