Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Director of Implementation Management will oversee the seamless delivery of Guild's product suite to employer partners, focusing on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and client-centric execution in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of EPIM managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Establish and oversee strategic planning, goal-setting, and team forums to achieve organizational objectives
• Represent EPIM in cross-functional initiatives, driving end-to-end solutions and improving implementation processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of people and team leadership experience with a proven track record of talent development
• 5+ years in client-facing roles managing operational and financial decisions
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering large-scale projects
• Proven ability to develop metrics and systems to monitor and improve team outcomes
• 5+ years in project management, implementation, or operations leadership roles
