Job Summary

Driving high-quality client implementations, the remote Director of Implementation Success will lead a strong implementation team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure measurable ROI through complex technical and clinical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead an exceptionally strong implementation team through effective leadership and strategic resource allocation
• Collaborate closely with client PAT teams and internal stakeholders to define efficient paths to ROI and ensure successful implementation delivery
• Represent the company in executive client meetings, providing an executive presence to engage with clients and gather feedback

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leading a functional implementation team with strategic accountability
• Proven track record in process excellence, product collaboration, and enabling ROI
• Experience in designing repeatable, scalable implementation models in healthcare environments
• Deep domain knowledge in healthcare IT interfacing with hospital EMRs
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
