Director of Industry Growth

Job Summary

To establish and lead industry strategy, the full-time remote Director of Industry Growth will focus on Consumer Goods Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail, translating market dynamics into differentiated intellectual property and advisory offerings while engaging with senior executives to drive transformation strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and evolve Sikich's industry point of view across targeted sectors, identifying key trends and business priorities
• Develop proprietary industry frameworks and models, ensuring they remain current and commercially relevant
• Lead executive-level discussions with clients to identify transformation opportunities and connect industry challenges to Sikich's advisory capabilities

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant industry, consulting, or transformation leadership experience
• Significant experience within Consumer Goods, Distribution, and Retail sectors
• Strong understanding of industry economics, operations, and transformation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and translate complex challenges into business priorities
• Experience developing reusable frameworks, methodologies, and advisory offerings
