Director of Information Technology

Job Summary

To lead the internal technology strategy and team, the full-time salaried Director of Information Technology will manage identity, endpoints, networking, collaboration, service management, and AI governance in a remote-first organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a multi-year internal technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and managing the IT budget
• Develop IT service management processes, including incident response and employee onboarding/offboarding technology experiences
• Oversee enterprise identity management, endpoint management, and internal network architecture while ensuring security and compliance standards are met

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of information technology experience, including leadership roles
• Proven track record in scaling internal IT in a remote-first environment during periods of rapid growth
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management solutions
• Demonstrated experience in AI adoption and governance, including policy and change management
• Strong security fluency with experience in vendor negotiation and budget management
