Director of Information Technology
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership on IT, the full-time Director of Information Technology will develop and implement IT strategies, ensure system security and compliance, and optimize technology resources while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Set and align POGO's multi-year technology strategy and roadmap with organizational goals
- Advise executive leadership on technology posture, including operational stability and compliance obligations
- Own the organization's cybersecurity program, including risk assessment and policy development
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive IT experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in setting and executing technology strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Experience owning a cybersecurity program and directing external security advisors
- Knowledge of technology governance and compliance, including data protection and privacy obligations
- Strong working knowledge of modern cloud-first enterprise environments, including Microsoft 365
