Director of Infrastructure and Platform

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on creating reliable environments for software development, the full-time salaried Director of Infrastructure and Platform will manage platform governance, oversee CI/CD processes, and ensure secure infrastructure across various environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure & Platform team, establishing clear objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Own the platform operating model, including the golden-path delivery pipeline and service standards for product teams
• Ensure reliable and scalable infrastructure while collaborating with product-development teams to meet current and future needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 12 years of experience
• At least 6 years of professional experience in Infrastructure & Platform Engineering or IT
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading technical teams
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
• Experience in a defense, aerospace, or regulated environment is preferred
