Director of Innovation

Job Summary

As the Director of Innovation on Bobbie's New Ventures team, this full-time role will manage the identification and launch of new categories, products, and business models, overseeing the entire innovation process from market validation to go-to-market execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify consumer needs and develop opportunities for new product categories and formats
• Lead cross-functional teams in bringing new innovations from concept through commercialization
• Own post-launch performance reporting and adapt strategies based on consumer feedback and market performance

Required qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, innovation, or brand management within CPG, preferably in food or nutrition
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports
• Proven track record in bringing new products from concept to market using a Stage Gate or similar process
• Experience with product positioning frameworks and competitive analysis tools
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in food/infant nutrition is a strong plus
