Job Summary
Leading the evolution of the Insights practice, the full-time remote Director of Insights will manage research strategy, ensure methodological rigor, and drive insight-driven storytelling to support market research, audience understanding, and client growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Insights practice, ensuring delivery of commercially relevant research across various contexts
- Set high standards for research design and methodology, ensuring quality and clarity in research outputs
- Expand insights capabilities beyond polling into broader market research and strategic narrative development
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience leading research, insights, analytics, or polling functions
- Strong hands-on experience with traditional polling and survey research methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations and narratives
- Experience managing and developing research or insights professionals
- Strong understanding of qualitative methods, data processing, and presentation development
