Director of Insights
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time hybrid Director of Insights will manage project delivery, oversee a team of Analysts and Managers, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the sales process through proposal development and project management to ensure timely, quality deliverables
- Analyzing results and crafting compelling narratives that provide actionable insights for clients
- Developing and maintaining client relationships while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of direct and relevant experience in market research or business insights
- University Degree or Post-Graduate Program in a relevant field such as Marketing or Statistics
- Proficiency in SPSS and/or Q or other tabulation software
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
