Job Summary

To elevate the quality of insights provided to the market, the remote full-time Director of Insights and Analytics will manage a growing team, set editorial standards, and oversee the delivery of custom data while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set the editorial standard for insights, ensuring quality analysis and storytelling
• Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts, focusing on hiring, development, and retention
• Run operations with rigor, managing requests from customers, sales, and marketing efficiently

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, insights, or research, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to discern impactful stories from data findings
• Client-facing experience, including presenting to senior audiences and managing relationships
• Technical proficiency in data structures and SQL, with an understanding of AI tooling
• Demonstrated leadership presence and exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
