Job Summary

To support a growing organization focused on autism therapy, the full-time salaried Director of Intake & Admissions will lead the intake and admissions process from initial inquiry through clinical assessment and enrollment, ensuring a compassionate and efficient experience for families while optimizing team performance and systems remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end family journey, managing the prospective client pipeline to enhance conversion rates and speed-to-care
• Lead and design a multi-layered Intake & Admissions team, focusing on hiring, coaching, and fostering a culture of high performance and empathy
• Redesign workflows and implement scalable tools to improve productivity and reduce administrative burdens for intake coordinators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in high-volume intake, admissions, or similar customer-facing operations, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in data analytics and experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for serving children with autism and their families
