Director of Integrated Communication Services
Job Summary
To support the Integrated Communication Services Center of Excellence, the full-time Director of Integrated Communication Services will lead complex large-scale initiatives, analyze business processes for improvements, and ensure alignment with operational and governance objectives in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategy for complex business transformations, ensuring alignment with operational and governance objectives
- Provide oversight for execution of business cases, assessing feasibility, risks, and return on investment
- Lead process standardization and governance initiatives to maximize effective implementation and results
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience leading large-scale initiatives
- Operations experience preferred
- Prosci Change Management certification preferred
- CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
