Director of Integration

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare network, the full-time remote Director of Integration will manage the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring operational readiness and delivering measurable improvements in performance and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integration planning and execution across various functional areas, ensuring alignment with operational goals and financial metrics
• Build and maintain an integration playbook that outlines readiness criteria, budgets, and responsibilities for successful acquisitions
• Drive operational improvements and performance metrics across the organization, focusing on customer service and financial outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading post-acquisition integrations with measurable outcomes
• Background in multisite healthcare operations, particularly in diagnostic imaging or healthcare services
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and integration budgets
• Understanding of revenue cycle processes, including billing workflows and collections
• Experience implementing operational changes and working collaboratively with technical teams
