Director of Integrations

Job Summary

Driving the vision and execution of partner and integration capabilities, the remote full-time Director of Integrations will own the strategic integrations product strategy, manage end-to-end product delivery, and enhance partner growth and adoption while collaborating with various teams to maximize business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for packaged, white-label, and custom integrations across partner ecosystems
• Oversee the roadmap from discovery to delivery, ensuring continuous improvement across integrations and partner product capabilities
• Serve as the senior product counterpart for key partners, aligning priorities and resolving product gaps to ensure mutual commitments translate into market outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, enterprise integration strategy, or partner product leadership in high-growth SaaS environments
• Experience building packaged, white-label, and custom integration solutions for enterprise clients
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams and external technical stakeholders to define and deliver integration capabilities
• Deep expertise in HR tech, HCM, payroll systems, and enterprise data flows
• Strong understanding of partner product models, including reseller and embedded distribution
