Director of Internal Communications

Job Summary

Leading internal communication strategies, the full-time salaried Director of Internal Communications will shape messaging, manage internal channels, and collaborate with leadership to foster a strong company culture in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that support firm initiatives and ensure timely, engaging information for staff
• Serve as a strategic advisor for senior leaders, particularly the CEO, and manage internal communications during organizational changes
• Collaborate with Marketing/Business Development and People and Culture teams to align internal messaging with branding and culture

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field
• At least 7 years of communications experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or a professional services firm
• Demonstrated experience in event strategy, planning, and management for firm-wide events
• Proven change management experience, including developing communication strategies for organizational change
• Exceptional storytelling and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
