Director of IT Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the technology infrastructure, the full-time Director of IT Compliance will manage IT governance, compliance, and quality assurance while ensuring alignment with global standards in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity and operational security
• Oversee IT compliance with industry regulations and lead internal and external audits
• Provide strategic leadership for the IT department, managing budgets and aligning technology initiatives with compliance goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of authoring and enforcing enterprise-level IT policies
• Deep experience managing IT compliance audits and quality frameworks
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or ITIL are highly desired
