Job Summary
Leading enterprise infrastructure aligned application platforms, the full-time remote Director of IT Infrastructure Services will provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical, operational, and analytical capabilities, ensuring reliability and security across various technology platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for domain architects, engineers, and stakeholders requiring advanced technical guidance
- Provide expert-level technical analysis and design guidance for complex enterprise technology needs
- Translate enterprise and clinical technology strategy into actionable architecture patterns and solution designs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare, Business, or related field, or equivalent substantial progressive work experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive technical experience in enterprise technology, healthcare IT, or related advanced technical responsibilities
- Experience with ITIL, architecture, engineering, security, and service management principles
- Proven ability to balance innovation and modernization with operational reliability and cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of clinical systems, imaging and diagnostic systems, and core infrastructure
