Director of IT Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of IT Operations, the full-time remote position will manage cloud infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, production operations, and corporate IT, while providing architectural leadership and improving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for cloud infrastructure, production operations, and helpdesk support, establishing operational standards and performance metrics
• Own the reliability and scalability of the company's cloud infrastructure, providing architectural leadership and driving automation and configuration management
• Oversee internal IT services and helpdesk support, managing the employee technology lifecycle and improving the support experience

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, or IT operations
• 5+ years leading engineering or technology teams, including managers or technical leads
• Demonstrated experience operating high-traffic, customer-facing platforms in AWS or comparable cloud environments
• Experience with infrastructure automation, configuration management, and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, identity, security, and observability
