Leading enterprise-wide labor planning and coordination, the full-time remote Director of Labor Coordination will manage national labor forecasts, ensure optimal resource allocation across projects, and develop strategies to meet future manpower needs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a national labor-demand forecast for active and upcoming projects
- Coordinate mobilizations, demobilizations, and transfers of field labor resources across various regions and projects
- Develop a comprehensive field skills registry to match employee capabilities with project requirements
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in construction operations, workforce planning, or large-project staffing
- Strong understanding of construction labor requirements and field-leadership structures
- Experience coordinating labor across multiple projects and geographic regions
- Ability to evaluate employee capabilities beyond job classifications
- Experience in union construction environments is strongly preferred
