Director of Learning and Development

Job Summary

Leading the Commercial Learning & Development function, the full-time salaried Director of Learning and Development will establish and execute the learning strategy, capability roadmap, and governance framework while partnering with various leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable learning solutions across the commercial teammate lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, sales effectiveness, and leadership development
• Assess organizational capability needs and collaborate with leadership to identify performance gaps and implement development solutions
• Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of commercial learning programs and governance practices to ensure measurable business impact

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success in developing and executing commercial learning strategies and capability-building initiatives
• Experience managing budgets, vendor partnerships, and learning technologies
• Strong understanding of sales processes and capability development practices in complex organizations
