Director of Learning and Development
Job Summary
To drive enterprise learning initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Learning and Development will set the vision and strategy for learning programs, partner with executive leadership to build talent capability, and leverage AI and modern technology to enhance development and measure impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year enterprise learning strategy aligned with business priorities
- Lead the creation of executive and manager development programs to enhance leadership skills
- Evaluate and adopt modern talent management tools to support career growth and performance management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
- 4+ years of experience in people leadership roles, managing L&D or talent professionals
- Proven track record in designing and leading executive and manager development programs
- Strong instructional design expertise and experience with Learning Management Systems, ideally Workday Learning
