Job Summary
To support a growing enterprise, the fully remote Director of Learning and Growth will manage the strategy, design, and adoption of career pathing and talent marketplace capabilities, enhancing associates' understanding of growth opportunities and internal experiences that promote career mobility.
Key responsibilities
- Advance enterprise career mobility strategies to help associates identify growth paths and options
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for talent marketplace capabilities connecting associates to projects, gigs, and developmental experiences
- Integrate skills intelligence and learning resources to enable skills-based development and internal mobility
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in talent management or related HR disciplines
- Experience in designing or scaling career pathing and talent marketplace solutions
- Demonstrated application of product management practices, including user research and roadmap development
- Experience developing change management and governance approaches for enterprise talent solutions
- Long-standing experience in HR technology or internal mobility within a global organization
