Job Summary

To support enterprise career mobility strategies, the fully remote Director of Learning and Growth will manage the design and adoption of talent marketplace capabilities that connect associates to growth opportunities while applying product management practices to enhance user experience and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Advance enterprise career mobility strategies to help associates identify growth paths and opportunities
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for talent marketplace capabilities connecting associates to projects, gigs, and developmental experiences
• Integrate skills intelligence and learning resources to enable skills-based development and internal mobility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in talent management or related HR disciplines
• Experience designing or scaling career pathing and talent marketplace solutions
• Demonstrated experience applying product management practices, including user research and roadmap development
• Experience developing change management and governance approaches for enterprise talent solutions
• Long-standing experience using talent data to inform decisions and drive adoption of initiatives
