Director of Learning Content

Job Summary

Leading a new content team, the full-time Director of Learning Content will manage the three-phase content design process, ensuring high-quality content delivery while working remotely from approved states.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end courseware process, including setting ownership, schedules, quality criteria, and release requirements
• Oversee the content team's development, providing instructional design direction and managing hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Design and improve AI-assisted workflows, ensuring compliance with instructional, editorial, copyright, and accessibility standards

Required qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in project management, instructional design, or educational publishing
• Proven ability to manage multiple courseware projects and competing priorities
• Working knowledge of instructional alignment and AI-assisted content workflows
• Advanced expertise in creating and maintaining generative AI agents
