Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote Director of Learning & Development will define, execute, and scale talent enablement initiatives, focusing on onboarding, leadership development, and modern learning strategies while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a multi-year learning agenda that enhances employee engagement and core skill development
- Design high-impact onboarding programs and technical development pathways to optimize utilization metrics for new hires
- Develop leadership programs aimed at mentoring high-potential professionals and facilitating their progression to Partner roles
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in learning, organizational design, or talent development, with at least 5 years in a professional services environment
- Proven ability to influence senior partners and executive stakeholders
- Expertise in modern adult learning principles and instructional design
- Successful track record in mentoring and developing team members
- Bachelor's degree required
