Director of Learning & Development

Job Summary

Owning the learning strategy for hundreds of clinical and non-clinical patient-facing team members, the full-time Director of Learning & Development will build scalable learning systems, measure effectiveness, and lead a high-performing team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set the end-to-end learning strategy, including onboarding, ongoing learning, and performance-based retraining
• Build scalable systems and processes for identifying, evaluating, and addressing learning needs across teams
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive performance improvement through data analysis and feedback loops

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in healthcare or clinical operations
• Proven ability to develop and execute a learning strategy that supports multiple functions and business priorities
• Experience in building or scaling a centralized learning function with established operating models and content governance
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Demonstrated ability to measure learning effectiveness and connect outcomes to operational performance
