Job Summary
Leading the legal operations for the Legal, Compliance & Government Relations team, the full-time Director of Legal Operations will drive operational efficiency, manage budgets and vendors, and develop a comprehensive legal technology roadmap while serving as a strategic partner to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of legal operations processes and infrastructure
- Develop and implement a multi-year legal technology roadmap and manage legal technology solutions
- Streamline legal workflows and optimize outside counsel usage and spend management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience in legal operations
- Experience with legal technology and process improvement essential
- Strong project management and analytical skills
