Job Summary
Providing technical and analytical leadership, the full-time Director of Life Sciences Analytics will design, develop, and scale advanced healthcare analytics solutions to support consulting, research, and data product offerings in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex analytical solutions using large-scale healthcare datasets
- Develop methodologies for longitudinal patient journey analyses, patient segmentation, and statistical modeling
- Transform fragmented datasets into streamlined analytical models and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance analytics capabilities
Required qualifications
- Relevant bachelor's degree; advanced degree in analytics, statistics, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience with large-scale healthcare data, including claims and clinical datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in Spark and Databricks
- Demonstrated experience in developing longitudinal patient analyses and advanced healthcare analytics
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims structures and data transformation methodologies
