Director of Local Study Operations

Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time remote Director of Local Study Operations will oversee the clinical study portfolio, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance while managing LSOM Senior Managers and their teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of the country study portfolio, aligning with global clinical development priorities
• Establish portfolio-level oversight of delivery, quality, risk, and performance, directing timely issue resolution
• Build leadership capability within the LSOM organization through coaching, development, and succession planning

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of clinical research experience, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of clinical research experience
• 4 years of direct managerial and/or leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of ICH GCP and global regulatory expectations for clinical trial oversight
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong project management experience across multiple clinical functions/trials
