Director of Managed Care Contracting

Job Summary

To support growth and profitability, the full-time hybrid Director of Managed Care Contracting will provide contracting expertise for various managed care relationships, including commercial and government programs, while residing in the greater St. Louis, MO region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, and other third-party managed care contracts
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Managed Care contracts and payer relations activities
• Ensure alignment of contracting activities with organizational mission, values, and service standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Managed Care contracting within the provider or health plan arena
• Preferred: Master's degree in health care or business administration
