Job Summary
Leading the reimbursement and market-access strategy for skin-substitute and surgical products, the full-time Director of Market Access will develop payer-specific plans, assess reimbursement pathways, and drive coverage expansion while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own reimbursement and market-access strategy for ETS products
- Build payer-specific market-access plans and assess reimbursement pathways
- Lead payer engagement and develop value propositions and reimbursement presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, public health, life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or healthcare commercialization
- Deep experience with commercial payer reimbursement for devices and surgical products
- Proven track record in HOPD and physician office settings
- Strong expertise in coding, coverage, payment, and prior authorization processes
