Director of Master Data Governance

Job Summary

Responsible for leading the Global Master Data Management Governance, the full-time Director of Master Data Governance will manage data policies, oversee system landscapes, and ensure data quality standards while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Global Master Data Management data and systems landscape, driving continuous assessment and harmonization to meet organizational needs
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Master Data Management team, ensuring technical and business skills align with business objectives
• Develop and lead systems improvement initiatives to enhance operational capabilities and drive efficiencies across Master Data Management systems

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Business/IT preferred; MBA or MS is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including prior people management experience
• Proven track record in creating Master Data Management strategies and leading teams to achieve quality and process improvements
• Experience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, R&D, Corporate, and Commercial Systems
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
