Director of Medicare Strategy

Job Summary

Driving the development of a multi-year Medicare Stars Performance Strategy, the remote full-time Director of Medicare Strategy will manage geographic market expansion initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and innovate the Medicare Stars Program to enhance quality outcomes and member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Directs the annual Medicare multi-year strategic planning process
• Develops recommendations for new state and county market expansions
• Builds cross-functional relationships to implement business strategies effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage
• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing new business strategies
• 3+ years of experience in a Medicare Advantage environment
• Strong financial and analytical background
