Director of Member Communications

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on leader, the remote Director of Member Communications will oversee the development and execution of member communications strategies, focusing on evolving to multi-channel digital approaches while managing messaging related to formulary changes and health updates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement a marketing communications plan to achieve business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end communication workflows, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and security
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality output and establish multi-channel distribution processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing or Communications, preferably in healthcare
• Proven track record of effective collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
