Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on Metro Ethernet technologies and service readiness
- Direct certification, qualification, and production readiness for new hardware and software releases
- Translate network architecture into engineering work packages and operational deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of telecommunications or network engineering experience with expertise in Ethernet networking and carrier network operations
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams and technical programs
- Experience with introducing network technologies from architecture to production deployment
- Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills
