Director of Mission Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the Mission Engineering Group, the full-time Director of Mission Engineering will oversee embedded delivery and continuity efforts, ensuring successful deployments and ongoing customer success while working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Mission Engineering Group with clear KPIs for deployment velocity and customer health
• Engineer the shortest path from deployment to value, ensuring measurable outcomes within the first 90 days
• Develop standardized processes and playbooks to improve repeatability and reduce time-to-value across enterprise engagements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client delivery, technical program management, or solution consulting with leadership responsibilities
• Proven success in leading complex, global enterprise deployments in software or data infrastructure environments
• Experience building operational systems, playbooks, and KPIs for scaling client delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
• Executive presence with the ability to navigate enterprise client conversations at the C-suite level
