Job Summary
Leading the Mission Engineering Group, the full-time Director of Mission Engineering will oversee both embedded delivery and continuity functions, ensuring successful client deployments and ongoing support while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Mission Engineering Group across deployment and continuity functions with defined KPIs
- Own the 90-day mission model, ensuring each client engagement delivers measurable outcomes
- Develop standardized processes and playbooks to enhance repeatability and reduce time-to-value for enterprise engagements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in client delivery, technical program management, or solution consulting, with leadership responsibilities
- Proven success in leading complex, global enterprise deployments in software or data infrastructure environments
- Experience in building operational systems and scaling client delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
- Working knowledge of data privacy laws and AI governance is a plus
