Job Summary
To drive strategic initiatives and operationalize business systems for growth, the full-time remote Director of MSP Success will lead cross-functional alignment, manage customer lifecycle transformation, and establish governance models to support scalable MSP growth.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into enterprise-wide initiatives and operational roadmaps
- Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, Support, and Operations teams
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure lifecycle performance and customer outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business transformation, customer lifecycle strategy, or related functions
- Proven success in building and scaling new business models within high-growth technology organizations
- Experience with MSPs in the SMB, Multi-Dwelling Units, or Hospitality sectors is preferred
- Strong strategic planning and program leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of WiFi, networking, and digital technologies for operational transformation
