Director of Network Performance

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for network performance management, the full-time remote Director of Network Performance will develop and execute strategies to enhance affordability, access, quality, and provider performance across various markets and lines of business.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop standardized frameworks for evaluating network performance, including provider performance and access metrics
• Translate network performance intelligence into actionable strategies that improve market competitiveness and plan performance
• Lead the development of enterprise network performance reporting, analytics, and decision-support tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, analytics, economics, public health, or a related field required
• Master's degree, MBA, MHA, MPH, or advanced quantitative degree preferred
• Ten years of progressive experience in managed care, healthcare strategy, or related areas required
• Five years of experience in leadership roles required
• Experience in Medicaid managed care and/or Medicare Advantage preferred
